For safety reasons, certain pumps and sprayers cannot be brought back to our stores for returns or exchanges once they've been opened. A list of these items is included here. If your item is listed and still under the manufacturer's 90 day warranty, please complete and submit this form. Return submissions for items beyond the manufacturer's 90 day warranty will not be processed. All fields must be filled in accurately or we may be unable to fulfill your request. For in-store purchases, if you paid by credit card, a refund will be made back to the credit card. If you paid in full by gift card, a refund will be made in the form of a digital gift card. If you paid by cash, debit, check, or split payment you may select a refund in the form of an electronic funds transfer (Zelle, PayPal, Checking Account, etc.), mailed check, or digital Harbor Freight gift card. An electronic funds transfer may take up to 2 weeks and a check may take up to 8 weeks for delivery. Select digital gift card for the fastest refund.
