FAQ
I am not able to login?
1. Please check to make sure you are using the first and last name exactly as shown on your pay stub, along with your correct Associate ID number
a. Our records may have your maiden name, or a hyphenated name. If you do not enter your name exactly as it is on your pay stub, the system will not recognize it, and it will not allow you to login
What do I do if I didn't receive my coupons?
1. It could take up to 24 hours for all of your emails to be delivered
a. You may not get all of your emails at the same time. They may come in batches at different times.
2. Check your Spam, Junk Mail, or Promotions folders to see if the email(s) were delivered there by mistake
3. Emails will be sent to the email address you provided in the first step. Please check to make sure the email address you provided was correct
a. If the email address used was not correct, we will need to update that and resend your coupons
4. If you do not receive you coupons within 24 hours of signing up, or have any other issues with the coupons, please send an email to FriendsAndFamily@HarborFreight.com with the following information:
i. Your first and last name as it appears on your pay stub
ii.
Your associate id number
iii.
The name(s) of the friends or family member that you are inquiring about
